Stuck on Building Your Brand?

Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us!

Aiming for perfection, overthinking, and trying to do it all in your head can drive anyone mad. Clear your mind, forget about “trying” to create a brand for now. Thinking only of your business and without limitations, try to answer the individual questions in a way that matter to you, through your own interpretation and vision. Write down and categorize the key points from your answers on a note pad, take a minute to digest it all then complete the “action” questions below.

Who What
Who are you going to share it with? What started you off taking these actions?
Who are you going to avoid? What happened that made you interested?
Who are you right now? What are you going to do? (what do you provide)
Who do you need to be? What expectations do you have?
Who cares? What expectations do your clients have?
When Where
When did you decide you want to do this business? Where is it based?
When do you want to launch? Where did you come up with the idea?
When can you say it is successful? Where do you want to take the business?
When do you feel passionate about this? Where do you feel this physiologically?
Why How
Why is this important to you? How does the overall image look?
Why does it matter to your clients? How big will it be?
Why do your clients care? How does it add value?
Why do you care? How does it sound out loud?

IF
It doesn’t have to be PERFECT, will I commit to writing some possibilities?

Now it’s time for some action!

Answer these quickly with your first thoughts. The idea is to get something on paper. Consider: What’s real to you, not the fluff that might “sound good”.

Why does your business exist? (it’s not to sell your product or service, it’s about why you decided to)

………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

What is the purpose of your business? (Take it as deep as you can as in, it’s its to make a difference to people, how will it and why does it matter?)

………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

Without limitations, imagine what your business looks like in its successful state. Share what that looks like here?

………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

If you had to tell me about your business using color/s, what color/s would it be and why?

………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

What image, animal, or shape comes to mind? Draw it / describe it

………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

If you had your biggest client in front of you, and you had to pitch your business in one or two sentences, to explain why you’re the better choice, how would you do that?
